We know JT violently attacked her boyfriend Lil Uzi Vert during the BET awards because the assault was caught on tape.

The word was the pugnacious City Girl was angry that Uzi was flirting with flavor of the month Ice Spice.

JT's camp is pushing back on that.

They say JT beating Lil Uzi Vert a phone while calling him a "groupie" had nothing to do with Ice Spice.

However, that doesn't explain the "groupie" comment.
