Lil Durk Trial Pushed Back As Evidence Mounts

At the very least, Lil Durk will be spending 2025 in jail.

Smurk's murder-for-hire trial has been pushed back from January to October.

The feds have 230 GB and 20,000 pages of evidence against Lil Durk and his co-defendants, including audio/video recordings and witness statements.

There is also a chance Durk will be hit with a separate murder-for-hire charge.

Durk has been implicated in the 2022 killing of Stephen Mack to avenge the 2021 murder of Smurk's brother, Dontay Banks Jr.
