Roddy Ricch Accused of Being a Deadbeat Dad & Hit with Child Support Lawsuit

Rapper Roddy Ricch is facing legal troubles as Alexandra Kiser, the mother of his three-year-old child, is seeking sole custody and $20,000 a month in child support. Kiser claims that Ricch has cut her off financially and is forcing her to move out of a home he provided. She has also accused the rapper of being an absentee father, abusing prescription drugs, and being involved with a gang.

Accusations Against Roddy Ricch

According to Kiser, Ricch has abandoned his child and is not providing any financial support. She has accused him of being unfit and abusing the prescription drug promethazine, commonly used as a recreational drug. Kiser claims that Ricch is gang affiliated and spends $20,000 per night in nightclubs. 

She has also stated that she is scared of Ricch’s fanbase, which has issued death threats against her over the years.

Legal Issues Faced By Roddy Ricch

Roddy Ricch has been in legal trouble before. In 2022, he was arrested in New York for gun possession and had his performance at Governors Ball canceled. In addition, he was sued for copyright infringement over his 2019 hit, “The Box.”

Kiser’s Demands

Kiser is asking the Los Angeles County court to establish paternity. She claims that her child is autistic and requires therapy, which she cannot afford without Ricch’s financial support. Kiser is asking for $20,000 a month from Ricch in child support to cover therapy and other expenses related to the child’s care.

Roddy Ricch is not the only rapper facing paternity issues. NLE Choppa’s ex-girlfriend has accused him of abandoning her while pregnant and claims they never broke up.
